The equipment in the gym needs replacement. It felt old, and some machines were quite loud. the room i had lacked a second chair. For the price, i expected more than just a bed. also, the boat schedule to the main island felt too infrequent. I felt somewhat trapped on the island with limited activities.

The staff was friendly in general. The boats traveled to and from the island regularly and they seemed well-kept.

I stayed in a Beautiful Room. The door chain was broken. Paint was peeling off of the walls. the room looked worn.

the speed boat arrival was super efficient. the resort is on a beautiful island. it felt secluded with not too many guests. my room was a lovely sea view suite the sea view was magnificent it was so relaxing. breakfast had everything i needed. the egg chef made super tasty omelettes. the staff was friendly and professional. a fabulous stay was had by me!

The island location created a peaceful atmosphere for our stay. staff members remembered our names and preferences, a personal touch. i found the pool well kept and the grounds were immaculate. It was relaxing, though the beach lacked umbrellas.

The drinks at the bar were acceptable. The staff were friendly.

I found the room very dated! the door chain was broken and the paint peeled. lipstick marks were on a glass, and stains were in the bathtub! it seemed like a dive and not a relaxing getaway. i was expecting a thorough clean.

the staff, i think, were really attentive, i saw that they remembered my name and room number. the pool area were kept tidy and looked very inviting all the time. i also noticed the food having a very good variety, so i could try different things.

the gym felt a little too small, it seems.
